Carmen is a professional singer, actor and figure skater. She is the founder of Redwood Theatre Company & owner of FTA Productions. Her body of artistic work includes many leading roles in musicals, short films, commercials, concerts, and professional ice shows with Disney on Ice.

A recent graduate from Sonoma State University, Mei Lin is the RTC Media & Marketing Manager and the FTA Production Coordinator. Mei Lin is also on the marketing team for Northern California's Special Olympics.
